Marduk

He is Marduk, one of the fearsome Dogs of War (a Non-Governamental Military Organization). He was hired by Satan to put an end to Ouroboros life if he succeed or not into killing God, fulfilling his vendetta.

Marduk's sword is the Titan Blade, an originally two handed sword, which is used by Marduk with only his right one, using of some kind of dancing and physical forces to strike it. It's stash has powder inside and leaves the blade with a light layer of it, making it possible to inflamate at minor slashes, and even cause explosions with bigger amounts.
